Timothy Savage is Deputy Director of the Seoul branch of the Nautilus Institute for Security & Sustainable Development. From 1997-2002, he worked as Senior Program Officer for Northeast Asia at Institute's headquarters in Berkeley, CA, where he coordinated cooperative engagement programs with North Korea. He also worked as Associate Editor at OhmyNews International. Tim holds an M.A. in History from the University of Hawaii (1994), where he was an East-West Center Fellow, and a B.A. in History from the University of Chicago (1990). He has written extensively on security issues in Northeast Asia. |
